La fusion de NTT et de NTT Data Belgium a donné naissance à un puissant groupe employant 1 100 personnes et se plaçant dans le top 10 des plus grandes entreprises TIC de Belgique.
Aujourd’hui, nous sommes en mesure d’offrir à peu près tout. Notre portefeuille est énorme », déclare Robin Joncheere, qui a récemment été confirmé au poste de directeur général pour diriger la nouvelle constellation. En tant que tel, il veut viser plus haut en se concentrant sur le CEO et le CFO des entreprises, mais sans oublier le CIO.
« La technologie fait de plus en plus partie de la stratégie des entreprises. Tout le monde est concerné, mais je constate qu’il existe encore un fossé important entre le monde des affaires et celui de l’informatique », déclare Robin Joncheere. C’est pourquoi il souhaite également se concentrer davantage sur le sommet de la hiérarchie. « Nous voulons avoir un impact. Mes collaborateurs sont trop précieux pour se contenter de placer des switches ». Il a lui-même beaucoup d’expérience. Chez Colruyt Group, par exemple, il a été responsable de la transformation numérique pendant cinq ans. C’est en partie pour cette raison qu’il a créé une unité de conseil en stratégie numérique et conseil consultatif qui compte aujourd’hui 16 personnes et vise à passer à 70 employés cette année, sous la direction de Robert Van Der Eyck (ex-Cap Gemini Invent). Il a lui-même pris beaucoup de risques lorsqu’il a été nommé au printemps 2022, en démarrant avec une toute nouvelle équipe de direction. « J’ai donné le pouvoir à l’organisation. Nous visons une grande autonomie. Les employés ne doivent s’adresser à moi qu’en cas de problème majeur. Ce moteur tourne maintenant. La stratégie est en place. Nous devons maintenant nous concentrer sur l’essentiel.
La modernisation des applications est le nouveau mot magique. Les « Managed Services » représentent déjà aujourd’hui quelque 25 % du chiffre d’affaires, mais avec l’avènement de l’intelligence artificielle dans laquelle le groupe NTT Data investit 3 milliards d’euros par an, il s’agira encore d’un virage important. Pour ce faire, la division belge compte 80 employés et un laboratoire d’IA en interne. » Le Copilot global de Microsoft, par exemple, a d’abord été testé chez NTT Data. Par ailleurs, Microsoft, avec Cisco et Fortinet, reste l’un des principaux fournisseurs de produits, bien qu’il offre également beaucoup de services SAP et Dell.
Les pouvoirs publics représentent environ un tiers du chiffre d’affaires. Les institutions européennes sont donc un gros client des services de NTT Data, bien que l’entreprise ne fasse pas de « body staffing ». Les principaux concurrents sont Deloitte, Accenture, TCS et, dans une moindre mesure, Cegeka et Proximus. « Nous rencontrons rarement NRB ou Cronos », explique Robin Joncheere, 44 ans.
L’étape suivante consiste à introduire davantage de diversité dans l’organisation. « Nous devons être le reflet de la société, c’est-à-dire de nos clients.
