Your role in our team
As HR & Payroll Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all payroll and HR administration matters in Belgium. You’ll manage our HR system (Workday), ensure salaries are paid correctly and on time and act as the link between colleagues, finance, and external partners. You will work closely with the local HR Business Partner and support the wider business with reporting, processes and compliance.

With your HR expertise and eye for detail, you’ll help ensure smooth, compliant and people-focused processes in a dynamic and evolving environment and you’ll be an appreciated colleague in our HR Benelux team, collaborating closely with your HR colleagues on a daily base.
The position in a nutshell
In this role, you will:
- Own and execute the monthly payroll process for Belgium from A to Z and ensuring a correct data flow and system integration between Workday and payroll systems.
- Manage HR admin processes: contracts, absences, insurance, new hires & exits.
- Manage the company car fleet processes.
- Provide accurate reporting to internal stakeholders (finance, management, insurance).
- Support employees with HR and payroll-related questions in Dutch and English.
- Support the Managing Director Belgium in administrative activities.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Approx. 3 years of experience in Belgian payroll and HR administration.
- Solid working knowledge of Workday and Belgian social legislation (labor law). Not an expert in Workday or Belgian labor law (yet)? No worries — we’re happy to support your learning curve and would love to explore the opportunity with you.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset, able to work independently.
