Would you like to become the heart of our eCommerce for the Benelux region?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Are you an expert who can support the customer journey of our website?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As the Online Sales Manager you will support the delivery of the go-to-market models. You will develop an online eCommerce market and trading strategy, while overseeing the execution of online activities. This includes striving for an optimal customer experience, through campaigns and development of compelling offers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Thrive against the sales goals using a well thought online strategy \u2013 and present your ideas<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Understand where the challenges are in the marketing traffic based on the customer journey, develop Customer Satisfaction action plans\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Be accountable for the demand side of the P&L (revenue and margin) for the region \u2013 knowing how to optimize the margin (e.g. pricing, promotion, mix management)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Plan and manage the on-site promotional activities. Set promotional and campaign targets and prepare planning with local and regional stakeholders\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Work with 4P category management support teams to manage stock and onsite product availability \u2013 influencing product portfolio needs and new product launches to align to local needs. Ensure portfolios are compelling and up to date with relevant pricing<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Create appropriate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for your market\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Support executions of online campaigns, merchandising plan, cart to order conversion programs (CRO), stock optimization etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Act as voice of the customer for the region<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Conduct review of campaign results and sales, correlating activities with portfolio performance & optimizing performance marketing accordingly<\/span><\/p>\n

What can help you to get your job done?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 5+ years of previous eCommerce experience, good understanding of online environments\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 You know how to define growth strategies<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Your background comes from a sales role, you know how to manage sales relationships\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Previous experience managing large and small sales projects\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 You are a great communicator with fluent English speaking skills. Dutch language is nice to have but not mandatory\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 You are not afraid to solve problems and use your creative thinking<\/span><\/p>\n
